That said, with a bit of a wink, we might nudge you out of your comfort zone from time to time.

Our trainings thrive on interaction, reflection, and real engagement, and that’s usually where the most meaningful learning happens.

All open Academy trainings follow a clear transfer standard:

• Comprehensive workbooks including all tools and frameworks
• Individual 20-minute trainer reflection after the training
• Group check-in with the trainer (90 minutes) to reflect on application, challenges, and progress

This structure supports sustainable learning beyond the training days.

Group sizes are intentionally kept small to allow for depth, interaction, and trust.

Depending on the format, trainings include a maximum of 12–15 participants.

We are always committed to finding fair and workable solutions for our participants.

For open trainings, the following rules apply (as defined in our Terms & Conditions):

• Free rebooking up to 30 calendar days before the training starts
• After that, rebooking is possible with a medical certificate or by nominating a replacement participant
• In case of late cancellation without replacement or medical certificate, the full participation fee applies
• Participation is confirmed once payment has been received; places are limited
