About the Retreat

You’re leading at work. You’re leading at home. Somewhere in between, the question of what you actually want tends to get postponed.

RE:CONNECT is a retreat for women juggling multiple roles: career, family, ambition, care who are ready to pause, re:calibrate, and lead themselves with as much clarity as they lead everyone else.

Over three days in the Uckermark countryside, you’ll work with certified psychologists, executive coaches, and certified breathwork experts to re:connect with who you are, what you’re good at, and what you actually love and leave with a clearer inner map for the months ahead. Our Retreat is not a wellness escape but leadership work, applied to the person leading it: YOU.

We created this retreat out of our own life-experience in juggling multiple roles: as founders and executives, mothers and wives, care-givers to sick relatives and more. We have seen this need of a space to reconnect with ourselves, our thoughts and our bodies in so many conversations with our clients and female friends (we all know it takes a village) and that’s how RE:CONNECT was born.

Who is this for

RE:CONNECT is built for professional women who are:

  • Managing multiple roles at once, career and family, ambition and care, and rarely get asked what they need.
  • Successful on paper, but running on a version of themselves they set years ago.
  • Ready to step back, re:flect with structure and expert guidance, and return with clarity rather than just a tan.

No prior coaching or retreat experience required.
Just the willingness to be honest with yourself for three days.

The Format:
Mind, Body, Soul

Three days. Three pillars.
One goal: re:connection.

Guided, one-on-one and small-group work with certified psychologists and qualified coaches. Using the RE:CONNECTION© Framework (Role-Mapping, Strength and Pitfall Analysis, Values & Need – Analysis, Resilience Toolbox, Sounding Board Setup), you’ll recalibrate and get clarity on who you are, what you’re good at, and what you love.

Embodiment coaching with certified psychologists, movement and mindfulness sessions led by our expert facilitator. You’ll immerse yourself in a multidisciplinary workshop, combining physical and movement-based group activities, allowing you to explore the retreat’s core themes in a more active way. Moving then on to a calmer, more reflective phase, concluding with a Psychedelic Breath session. The days will end with evening meditative practices designed to help you drop out of your head and back into your body.

Reconnecting with yourself by acknowledging your current situation, without resisting it, focusing on change in small steps, new habits & routines. Wholesome, seasonal food by a private chef. Nature & silence walks. Sauna. Get inspired by and make Art. Connect with other women in the group. Space to create, move, and simply be.

    Frequently Asked Questions

If you are managing multiple roles at once, career and family, ambition and care, the coaching will help you recalibrate this field of tension. Reflecting with structure and expert guidance, you can focus on career transitions, business role challenges, resilience and boundaries, family and career overlap, purpose and direction, confidence. The Mind sessions are built around you, not a fixed curriculum: our coaches meet you where you are and go from there.

A clearer picture of who you are, what you’re good at, and what you actually want next — plus concrete tools (like your own Reconnect Canvas) to keep using afterward. This isn’t a promise to fix your life in three days; it’s a reset that gives you clarity and momentum to act on once you’re back.

Both, because for most of our participants the two aren’t separate. We work with you as a whole person — your career ambitions sit alongside your family life, your energy, your values. If you’re only looking for business strategy or only for personal therapy, this isn’t quite that; it’s the space in between, where most real decisions actually get made.

No. Our coaches are certified psychologists and executive coaches, and the work draws on psychological methods — but RE:CONNECT is coaching, not clinical treatment. If you’re currently in therapy or working through a clinical mental health issue, this retreat can complement that work but isn’t a substitute for it.

Some sessions are guided in small groups or pairs, and connection with the other women is part of the format — but nothing is forced. You choose what and how much you share. One-on-one moments with the coaches are always confidential.

No, no previous fitness experience is required. Giovanni will make sure to adapt each activity and make them suitable for all ability levels. In any case, please let us know prior to the start of the retreat about any injuries, limitations or medical conditions that need to be taken into account for the physical activities.

No, no previous breathing experience is required. However, specifically for the ‘Psychedelic Breath’ session, there are some contraindications to be taken into account. Psychedelic Breath is not suitable if any of the following conditions occur:

    • Pregnancy
    • Cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, history of stroke
    • Epilepsy, clinical anxiety disorders / panic attacks, psychosis
    • Recent surgery / open wounds in the chest and neck area
    • High internal eye pressure (glaucoma), retinal detachment

For participants with any of these physical conditions, Giovanni will make sure to provide suitable alternatives, free from any contraindications.

Psychedelic Breath is a dynamic breathwork ritual that combines electronic music, ancient breathing techniques and professional guidance. It is based on alternating rhythmic, rapid breathing with periods of breath retention. It aims to create the conditions to reach a state of semi-consciousness, allowing deep introspective work and the release of inner emotions. Giovanni is a certified Psychedelic Breath teacher from Berlin. As the session facilitator, he will guide participants through all stages of the practice, providing a safe space for them to embark on their best explorative journey. No substances are involved during the practice. Only the oxygen from breathing.

Meals are wholesome, seasonal, and mostly plant-based, with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available. Let us know about allergies or dietary needs when you register, and we’ll take care of it.

RE:CONNECT is kept intentionally small so every participant gets real attention from the coaches and space to actually connect with the group. (Exact group size to be confirmed.)

Accommodation, all meals, and the full program (Mind, Body, and Soul sessions) for the duration of the retreat. Travel to and from the venue and travel insurance are your own responsibility.

A detailed packing list will follow closer to the retreat, but comfortable clothing for movement and time outdoors is a good starting point — the Uckermark countryside is the whole point.

Yes — after the retreat, you can book individual follow-up coaching to keep the momentum going, and add a Hogan personality/leadership assessment for deeper self-insight. (See “Add-Ons” above.)
