With over 15 years of international experience as a trainer, coach, and consultant, Lars has partnered with clients worldwide to help them maximize their outcomes in challenging and high-stakes negotiations.
Drawing from his background as a former Officer in the German Military Intelligence Service, Lars possesses a deep expertise in understanding the psychological dynamics of negotiation and leadership, especially in complex and high-pressure environments.
His approach blends strategic insight with a strong focus on the human side of decision-making. Lars holds a master’s degree in business administration and political science and is also a certified CTI coach, giving him a well-rounded foundation to guide individuals and teams toward lasting success in even the most difficult situations.
