- Start the day with an 1 hour breathwork session with a certified PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® teacher
- The session combines electronic music, breathing techniques and professional guidance
- It is based on alternating rhythmic, rapid breathing with periods of breath retention

- Understand the science behind the origins of stress from psychological and neurobiological perspective
- Identify potential stressor for yourself and others
- Reflect how to cope with stress on behavioral, cognitive, emotions and physiological level
