Let's do this together

In today’s rapidly evolving world, change is omnipresent. However, navigating change isn’t always easy. It requires understanding the various dynamics at play, effective communication strategies, and the ability to lead teams through uncertainty. In our change management training, we delve into the psychology of change, exploring how individuals respond and what leaders can do to facilitate smooth transitions. We’ll uncover the triggers for change, develop compelling visions, and master the art of storytelling.

Reflect

Training Topics

Einstein Statue
  • Experience first-hand why change so often triggers resistance — the sense of loss, the dip in ability, and the effort it takes to make new behaviour stick
  • See why change is only sometimes about the technical side (the new system, the new process) and almost always about guiding the people living through it
  • Get to know ADKAR (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) and use it as a heat map to pinpoint exactly where a change is getting stuck — for the whole organisation, a team, or one individual
  • Learn to prioritise the right gap first and define a concrete next move, rather than spreading effort thinly across everything at once
  • Change is the art of the possible. A perfect change that stalls out because it creates too much resistance is worse than a good change with support
  • Work out who matters most, what you actually need them to do, and the message, channel, and timing most likely to win them over
  • Understand why people adopt change at different speeds — and why “resistance” is usually a needs-based reaction, not stubbornness
  • Learn to recognise the different types of resistance, how to decode the emotional as well as social ones, and handle objections in the actual conversation
