  • Explore how people respond to change and the psychological phenomena behind it.
  • Discuss what we need in times of change and what leaders can and must contribute.
  • Learn about the Kübler-Ross grief curve and go deeper into the emotional and behavioural level of individual change.
  • Examine the triggers and necessity for the planned change and how it will affect you, your team, stakeholders, processes etc.
  • Develop a change vision and the possible advantages of change, as well as a communication strategy.

Subsection: Pushback & resistance

  • Explore your own doubts, unanswered questions and uncertainties.
  • Learn what needs, concerns and fears lie behind change resistance.
  • Understand how to deal with resistance and setbacks.
  • Learn how to communicate with people who show strong resistance.
  • Practise inner attitudes and communication techniques in role simulations
