Anja makes sure you feel looked after, from your very first sign-up to the last day of your training.
With a degree in social sciences and a heart for people and organisations, Anja first explored HR during an internship at Nokia, where she also researched diversity management and work-life balance for her thesis. She went on to work in marketing for a management events company in Helsinki, then helped international colleagues navigate German bureaucracy in Berlin before becoming PA to a global management team.She then spent ten years at Asics, growing from sales into store management and leading a team of up to ten people. That’s where she learned how to keep everything running and everyone on board.At crispycoaching, Anja takes care of everything around our participants, from registration to their journey through programmes and retreats. She also keeps our accounting in order. She brings the same mix of organisational talent, international experience and a real feel for people to everything she does.
