Josepha coordinates our projects, takes care of our clients and saves our life every day.
She is a graduate in Psychology with a specialization in Work and Organizational Psychology. Her primary focus lies on planning, coordinating, and providing on-site support for our training programs for national and international companies across various industries.
As a Junior Trainer and co-facilitator, Josepha accompanies our trainings and serves as the primary point of contact for our customers. She is currently studying Human Factors @ TU Berlin. Our new Training “Me, my team & AI” profited from her knowledge on machine learning and how AI will affect teams, collaboration & communication.
